Senior Silicon Engineer, Power and Thermal Controllers

About the role

As an NVIDIAN, you'll tackle complex challenges across architecture, silicon, firmware, software, and production, demonstrating your outstanding judgment and technical expertise. This allows them to operate flawlessly and efficiently within their built limits.

What you'll do

• Lead the productization of power and thermal controllers from pre-silicon planning through bring-up, tuning, validation, and production
• Collaborate with architecture, design, firmware, and software teams to define controller requirements, identify improvements
• Characterize and tune controller behaviour across workloads, operating conditions, silicon variation, and product power and thermal limits
• Correlate silicon behaviour with pre-silicon expectations and resolve complex problems involving silicon, firmware, software, power delivery, thermal
• Develop and execute tuning strategies that improve power and thermal control while increasing product performance within built operating limits

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Machine learning

• M.Tech or B.Tech or B.E.
