Senior Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

As a Site Reliability Engineer for Rockwell Automation, you will: Work as part of a team responsible for the multiple aspects of a project, so that we can build, test and deploy software quickly, productively, and reliably. Play an active role in all the stages of the development lifecycle and support your team throughout the process.

What you'll do

• Design and implement dashboards for operational insights
• Develop automated runbooks for common operational tasks and resolving support escalation issues
• Be an operations contact; communicate with developers and customers alike
• Documentation and review of incidents and future resolutions, including team knowledge
• Develop and monitor metrics and leverage them to drive process, performance, and security improvements

What you need
