What you'll do

• Enhance monitoring and instrumentation on splunk and datadog for OptumRx services
• Gather requirements for automation opportunities and instrumentation improvements
• Recommend improvements and changes to monitoring configurations and service architecture design
• Summarize and provide updates to key stakeholders
• Assist with incident/problem root cause analysis (RCA) and identification of trends
