Senior Snowflake Platform Operations Engineer (L2/L3 Support + GenAI) | Hybrid

About the role

This is a high-impact role for a mid-level engineer who combines strong Snowflake administration expertise with hands-on exposure to GenAI and Cortex-driven workloads. You will play a key role in maintaining platform stability, optimizing performance, and supporting enterprise-grade AI-enabled data solutions.

What you'll do

• Deliver L2–L3 platform support including provisioning, root cause analysis, and workflow optimization
• Own incident response and service restoration for Snowflake-based workloads
• Design and evolve Snowflake schemas and data models
• Optimize platform performance, governance, and RBAC structures
• Operate and fine-tune Snowflake Cortex / GenAI use cases (vector search, retrieval workflows, LLM-driven tasks)
