Senior Software Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role requires deep expertise across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, integrations, SecOps, GRC, and SPM, along with the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps, GRC, and SPM
• Build and customize modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB
• Develop and support integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, scripted APIs, and import sets
• Create and maintain CMDB data models, CI relationships, reconciliation rules, data certification, and governance controls
• Configure and support ITOM capabilities such as Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and operational intelligence
