What you'll do

• Code, architect, and optimize scalable Python backend services and data pipelines that process massive volumes of financial market data - including trade lifecycles
• Translate complex regulatory mandates and market surveillance policies into robust, deterministic control algorithms and automated surveillance engines
• Partner directly with trading desks, risk managers, and compliance stakeholders to model end-to-end trade lifecycles, order workflows, and multi-asset risk analytics
• Conduct application profiling, database tuning, and SQL query optimization to eliminate bottlenecks, minimize latency, and maximize throughput
• Implement Generative AI-assisted solutions and modern automation patterns to eliminate manual operational activities and streamline control testing workflows
