Senior Software Engineer, Reporting and Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer, Reporting and Analytics to develop and maintain reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Power BI, SSRS, and SQL, with the ability to transform complex business requirements into scalable reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting solutions using Power BI, SSRS, and SQL Server
• Build interactive dashboards, executive scorecards, and analytical reports in Power BI
• Develop and optimize SSRS reports, datasets, stored procedures, and SQL queries for performance and scalability
• Create and maintain data models, KPIs, measures, and reporting standards
• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for reporting issues
