Senior Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical and Functional modules, Payroll configuration, Fast Formulas, HCM Data Loader (HDL), Visual Builder Studio, and OTBI.

What you'll do

• Lead Oracle HCM Payroll implementation and enhancement projects
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
• Configure Oracle Cloud Payroll to meet business and compliance requirements
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll and HCM processes
• Design and implement data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL)

What you need

• 8–14 yrs of experience
