Senior Solution Architect

About the role

Senior Solution Architect at HCLTech. Key.

What you'll do

• Operate the named-app estate end to end — availability/performance commitments per application across three commitment classes, spanning L2/L3 AMS
• Build observability and APM coverage (Dynatrace/AppDynamics/Azure Monitor + OpenTelemetry) as the signal source feeding ZeroTicket auto-resolution
• Apply SRE practice to application run — SLI/SLO design, error budgets and toil-reduction targets per app
• Own release and change operations for the app estate — CI/CD pipelines, blue-green/canary patterns and change-risk scoring
• Drive shift-left and self-healing — recurring-incident elimination, runbook automation and problem management with blameless RCA
