Senior Solution Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant (Pharmacovigilance Consultant, Drug Safety Solutions Specialist) to join our team. As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will drive the design and delivery of innovative pharmacovigilance and drug safety solutions that advance patient safety and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Support sales initiatives through strategic guidance, opportunity identification
• Develop efficient, competitive, and profitable solutions, including scope definition, budget preparation, and commercial proposals for pre-award and post-award engagement
• Manage client relationships and provide account oversight to ensure solutions meet expectations for time, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure effective handover of solutions to delivery teams and drive lessons learned feedback loops to achieve continuous improvement
• Partner with cross-functional teams across enterprise accounts, growth accounts, delivery, and marketing to support SBU-specific sales targets and strategic objectives
