About the role
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will act as the crucial link between technical development teams and business stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of customized financial technology solutions. You will play a key role in supporting developers integrating with PhonePe products, ensuring their success.
What you'll do
- Conduct feasibility studies and recommend appropriate products, solutions, and frameworks
- Develop a deep understanding of the product suite
- Manage merchant accounts during the integration phase
- Take ownership of reported customer issues and ensure resolution
- Participate in meetings/con calls with merchants' tech/business teams
What you need
