Senior Specialist - Business Analysis

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist in Business Analysis to join our team in Bengaluru. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving strategic initiatives within the CPG domain, and delivering actionable insights. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record in facilitating business transformation.

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation process for complex business initiatives
• Facilitate Design Thinking and Ideation Workshops to uncover business challenges and generate innovative solutions
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, process flows, and UML diagrams
• Develop and present data-driven insights and reports using PowerBI and Tableau to support decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, product development, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
