About the role
The Senior Specialist, Business Insights & Analytics (BIA) is a strategic analytics partner supporting commercial, marketing, and omnichannel decision-making across priority therapeutic areas. This role transforms complex internal and external data into clear, actionable insights that shape brand strategy, customer engagement, sales effectiveness, and business performance.
What you'll do
- Business & Commercial Insights
- Analyze current and historical performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across brands, campaigns, customers, and channels
- Provide fact-based recommendations to support marketing strategy, sales execution, forecasting, and omnichannel effectiveness
- Translate complex analytics into clear narratives tailored to senior and nontechnical stakeholders
- Deliver ad-hoc analyses to support strategic and operational decision making
