Lead the successful delivery of billing technology initiatives by coordinating global teams, providing technical oversight, and developing solution design capabilities across the organization.

What you'll do

• Lead delivery of billing system initiatives, ensuring scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes are effectively managed
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, architecture, development, testing, and operations to drive successful execution and operational readiness
• Provide day-to-day leadership and mentoring for a small team of solution design resources, driving consistent delivery practices and capability development
• Provide technical oversight and challenge where required, ensuring solution approaches are practical, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards
