About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Analyst to join the Casualty Risk Consulting team within the Knowledge Services function at Marsh. This position is based in Mumbai and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week on site in the office.
What you'll do
- Take full ownership of gathering, standardizing, and transforming claims data to create insightful dashboards using Power BI and Excel
- Drive process efficiencies through automation by identifying automation opportunities and designing/implementing automated solutions
- Automate recurring reporting and data preparation tasks
- Work on practice development initiatives to expand team capabilities, enhance service offerings, and strengthen the overall consulting practice
- Support with data quality checks and issue resolutions
What you need
- 4–6 yrs of experience
