About the role

To be responsible for managing and controlling processes within delivery operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company standards, while supporting the overall functionality of non-voice operations.

What you'll do

  • Identify Erroneous, Inaccurate, And Inefficient Outputs/Processes, Communicate These To Leadership, And Participate In Problem Resolution
  • Implement And Maintain Company Safeguards To Protect Confidential Client Information
  • Review & Resolve Discrepancy And Troubleshoot & Support Call Floor Production Output
  • Support In Carrying Out Floor Operations Specific To Their Functions
