About the role

To support the development and delivery of the HCLIBS annual risk Assurance plan.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of the day-to-day management and operation of the Breaches and Incident Management Framework
• Conduct daily reviews of the Breaches and Incident mailbox to ensure all reported breaches and incidents are assessed, actioned promptly
• Regularly review breach and incident registers/trackers prior to monthly MI reporting to ensure accurate categorisation, error identification, trend analysis
• Contribute to the preparation of monthly management information (MI) reports for internal stakeholders and HCL-IBS clients, including trend analysis
• Provide guidance, support, and training to operational teams on breach and incident reporting requirements, policies, and best practices
