Senior Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Revenue & AP Specialist to manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) & Procure-to-Pay (P2P) . The role is responsible for ensuring accurate & timely action as per agreed metrics and ensuring compliance with contractual and tax requirements. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience working with ERP or billing systems in a high-volume transaction environment.

What you'll do

• Manage customer invoicing and billing activities across the O2C cycle
• Execute periodic billing runs and validate invoice accuracy
• Process billing adjustments, credit memos, refunds, and chargebacks
• Maintain customer master data and contract-related billing information
• Perform account reconciliations and revenue-related controls

What you need

• 6–7 yrs of experience
• Accounting

• B.Com or CA Intermediate or M.Com
