Senior Specialist, HR Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement

About the role

The purpose of the role is to support the HR Operations & Delivery organization in delivering continuous improvement activities across Workforce lifecycle processes globally. Overall objective is to enhance the HR Services Delivery and Workforce Experience through establishing and embracing a culture of Continuous Improvement (LBMS).

What you'll do

• Champion Global Excellence: Support the global vision and strategic objectives for HR processes and technology, ensuring alignment with Lonza’s goals
• Lead Continuous Improvement: Implement and advocate for the LBMS framework within HR Services Delivery. Drive initiatives that promote lean concepts, including 6s, A3
