Senior Specialist - Outreach & Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Specialist - Outreach & Partnerships to build and manage a strong network of organisations and educational institutions that can create meaningful opportunities for students in the Maadhyam community. This is a fast paced, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving outreach, and creating partnerships that lead to tangible outcomes.

What you'll do

• Research what opportunities already exist in the government school ecosystem
• Build and manage partnerships with corporates, educational institutions, NGOs, CSR teams, and ecosystem organisations
• Proactively identify and outreach potential partners/ institutions through calls, emails, meetings, and networking
• Source opportunities such as internships, scholarships, mentorships, exposure visits, apprenticeships, and jobs for Maadhyam students and alumni
• Manage partner relationships and ensure smooth coordination of engagements

What you need

• 5–7 yrs of experience
• Communication
• Any graduate
