About the role
Responsible for ensuring product availability and service excellence through effective supply planning, inventory management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration.
What you'll do
- Identify and manage supply risks, driving mitigation actions with Supply Units and relevant stakeholders
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast performance, and stock projections to ensure target service levels
- Manage supply shortages, out-of-stock situations, and customer escalations with end-to-end ownership
- Coordinate distribution planning between warehouses and secondary distribution centers
- Oversee local repacking schedules and execution with warehouse teams
