Senior Specialist - Research

About the role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Research team, part of our risk, reinsurance and capital business at Marsh. This role will be based in Pune. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Assist senior leadership and project teams with day-to-day tasks to help set and deliver team priorities and initiatives under close guidance.

What you'll do

• Assist senior leadership and project teams with day-to-day tasks to help set and deliver team priorities and initiatives under close guidance
• Support advisory engagements by preparing background research, data collection, and draft analyses for specialty insurance areas
• Contribute to the delivery of high‑impact projects by producing clear data summaries, slide material, and basic quantitative inputs (spreadsheets, simple models
• Help incubate research and analytics efforts: gather datasets, run preliminary analyses
• Support project management tasks such as tracking timelines, preparing progress updates, coordinating meeting notes and follow‑ups to ensure timely delivery and quality
