Senior Specialist - Research

About the role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Research team, part of our risk, reinsurance and capital business at Marsh. This role will be based in Pune. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

What you'll do

• Assist senior leadership and project teams with day-to-day tasks to help set and deliver team priorities and initiatives under close guidance
• Support advisory engagements by preparing background research, data collection, and draft analyses for specialty insurance areas
• Build and maintain stakeholder communications by preparing client-ready materials, drafting emails, and responding to routine client queries under supervision
