Senior Specialist, Risk Modeling

About the role

The incumbent will be responsible for identifying problems that can be addressed through the application of financial theory and quantitative methods, including evaluating and selecting appropriate modeling frameworks and determining the scope of solutions. The candidate is also expected to use AI responsibly and thoughtfully in support of their work.

What you'll do

• Responsible for identifying problems that can be addressed through the application of financial theory and quantitative methods
• Develop and implement modeling solutions in line with technical direction, ensuring the accuracy and soundness of quantitative methods within the assigned area
• Conduct independent research and data analysis to address stakeholder inquiries and support decision-making
• Support senior modelers in both business-as-usual activities and longer-term strategic projects
• Engage directly with stakeholders to understand needs, communicate findings, and provide modeling support
