Senior Staff Engineer

About the role

As senior staff engineer you will plays a pivotal role in defining ,implementing best test practices and leading the Wi-Fi & Bluetooth coexistence validation team. This role will involve working with cross-functional teams, including firmware developers, product managers, and test teams, to ensure that the Wi-Fi combo products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and interoperability across various environments.

What you'll do

• Plays a pivotal role in defining ,implementing best test practices and leading the Wi-Fi & Bluetooth coexistence validation team
• Lead the Wi-Fi & Bluetooth Coexistence Validation team
• Define and implement validation strategies, methodologies, and test best practices
• Ensure product performance, reliability, and interoperability across diverse environments
• Collaborate with firmware, software, product management, and test teams to drive product quality

What you need

• 9–12 yrs of experience
• Test automation
• EDR
• Root cause analysis
• Customer success
• Any graduate
