Senior Staff PLM Strategy

About the role

The Senior Staff, PLM Strategy (P05) is responsible for enabling, advancing, and governing the enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) strategy, operating model, and transformation roadmap. This role partners with business, functional, and technology leaders to align PLM capabilities with enterprise objectives, enabling scalable business growth, operational excellence, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do

• Evolve and champion the enterprise PLM vision, operating model, capability strategy
• Lead business process architecture and value stream transformation, driving standardization, simplification, and future-state operating models
• Evolve enterprise PLM architecture, champion data governance, and capability frameworks that enable scalable Product lifecycle management across business functions
• Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality and Manufacturing stakeholders to understand formulation BoM lifecycle updates
• Collaborate across PLM, R&D, MDM, Quality, Manufacturing, IT, Solution Architecture, and Data Architecture teams to align change intent, impact assessment

What you need
