Senior Staff Product Engineer

About the role

This role is responsible for driving product engineering execution across the full lifecycle, from silicon bring-up through high-volume production, with a strong focus on product quality, yield optimization, reliability, and customer success.

What you'll do

• Own product engineering activities across the full lifecycle, including silicon bring-up, characterization, qualification, production release, and sustaining
• Define and execute comprehensive product qualification strategies aligned to JEDEC and industry standards
• Drive reliability stress planning and interpretation, including HTOL, HAST/uHAST, TC, ELFR, and associated qualification methodologies
• Lead ESD and latch-up qualification strategy, data analysis, and failure resolution in alignment with product requirements
• Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex product, test, and manufacturing issues
