Senior / Staff RDA Process Engineer

About the role

As an Senior / Staff RDA Process Engineer, you will play an important role in monitoring inline defectivity, identifying process anomalies, and driving defect reduction initiatives. You will learn to leverage advanced inspection and metrology tools, analyze large data sets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing outcomes.

What you'll do

• Analyze process flows, defect data, and inline signals to identify anomalies, drive corrective actions, and improve defect performance
• Support experimentation, baseline health monitoring, and defect reduction initiatives
• Utilize inspection and metrology tools to detect process issues early and identify sources of variation
• Partner with global manufacturing, process integration, process development, and yield teams to develop and deploy best-known methods
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, root cause investigations, and process optimization

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Root cause analysis
• B.Tech or B.E. or PhD
