Senior Strategic Sales Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced strategic sales professional to drive business growth and develop high-value client relationships across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). In this role, you will lead complex B2B sales cycles, from identifying new business opportunities and engaging decision-makers to negotiating and closing strategic deals.

What you'll do

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new strategic customers across the DACH region through targeted outreach and collaboration with AWS and other strategic partners
• Develop and strengthen relationships with selected existing accounts by implementing structured account plans and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Manage complex B2B sales processes from initial qualification and solution development through proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, and contract signing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, department heads, procurement teams
• Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and technical specialists to design and present tailored solutions combining cloud consulting, engineering, managed services
