About the role

Performs full range of project subcontracting activities associated with subcontracting work. Qualifies suppliers, issues requests for proposals, evaluates proposals, conducts commercial & contractual negotiations, maintains subcontract files in accordance with established procedures.

What you'll do

Oversees and performs complete life cycle of pre and post award subcontracting activities including close outs associated with subcontracting work on projects
Works in accordance with approved work methods & procedures
Establishes priorities for the completion of assigned tasks
Uses judgment to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices
May direct resources, prioritize tasks and provide guidance to less experienced team members
