Senior Supplier Expeditor

About the role

Establish and maintain detailed supplier manufacturing and delivery milestone plans. Track raw-material ordering, supplier confirmations, material arrival and certificates. fabrication, machining, welding, assembly, coating/painting, inspection, testing and packing. Physically verify progress and challenge unsupported or unrealistic supplier commitments.

What you'll do

• Establish and maintain detailed supplier manufacturing and delivery milestone plans
• Track raw-material ordering, supplier confirmations, material arrival and certificates
• Coordinate Supplier Quality / QA activities, inspections, NCRs, corrective actions and release requirements
• Coordinate truck pick-up with forwarders; verify loading, quantities, packaging, documents and dispatch evidence
• Monitor receipt, inventory and condition of material in designated storage yards

What you need
