Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

As our new Senior Supplier Quality Developer, you'll be partnering with suppliers to elevate quality performance and develop robust processes that ensure Grundfos delivers reliable, high-quality products to customers worldwide. • As a key part of the Supplier Quality team, you'll create impact by driving continuous improvement across our supplier base to strengthen product reliability and reduce…
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective action processes (8D, CAPA) with suppliers to resolve quality issues effectively and prevent recurrence
• Develop and implement supplier improvement plans using APQP, PPAP, and other advanced quality tools to elevate supplier performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams to integrate quality requirements into supplier selection and development
• Cost optimization through identifying improvement opportunities in process or product

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
• Root cause analysis
• APQP
• PPAP
• FMEA
• SPC
• B.Tech or B.E.
