This role focuses on the structural development of suppliers, addressing the core elements that determine supplier reliability: Strengthening of nuclear safety culture and requirements Organizational and documentation robustness, including sub-tier supplier Continuous improvement capability and risk control

What you'll do

• Contribute to and validate the global supplier selection strategy with sourcing teams
• Prepare, plan, and conduct assessment audits (ISO 9001, ISO 19443, customer requirements, internal standards) at supplier sites
• Evaluate and challenge suppliers’ organizational structure and processes to meet nuclear technical and administrative requirements; assess safety culture (organization
• Identify and mitigate gaps, weak signals, and risks affecting quality or safety
• Deliver structured and actionable reports

What you need

• 10–18 years in software engineering
• ISO 9001
• Lean
• B.Tech or B.E.
