About the role

The IT Functional Head for Digital Transformation & S/4HANA at DCIN is a highly strategic and visionary leader responsible for spearheading the organization's digital transformation journey, with a particular focus on leveraging the S/4HANA platform as the digital core. This role drives significant change across business processes, technology landscapes, and organizational culture.

What you'll do

• Define and articulate a compelling digital transformation strategy for the assigned organization, aligning with DC global IT vision and business unit objectives
• Identify and prioritize key digital initiatives (beyond just SAP) that drive significant business value, process optimization, and enhanced customer experiences
• Act as a change agent, inspiring and guiding the organization through digital adoption and cultural shifts
• Continuously monitor technological trends (e.g., AI, IoT, Cloud, Automation, Analytics) and assess their applicability to DC digital transformation agenda
• Lead the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of S/4HANA as the core ERP backbone for digital transformation
