Senior Application Support Engineer – Qliksense LOCATION: Offshore/Onshore CLIENT INDUSTRY: Life Sciences and Healthcare OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE As a Senior Application Support Engineer specializing in the QlikSense Platform, you will lead the support, administration, and optimization of enterprise-wide Qliksense applications.

What you'll do

Troubleshoot and resolve tickets raised by the clients
Undertake training programs for new joinees
Perform knowledge transition during project enhancements
Document all the defined processes and the methods of resolving the ticket| troubleshooting| etc
Update self on latest technologies and related areas
