Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in leading end-to-end recruitment efforts, ensuring the organization attracts, engages, and hires top talent aligned with business needs and culture. This role partners closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to design and execute recruitment strategies, streamline processes, and drive efficiency.

What you'll do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for India-based hiring, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment
• Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers in India and globally to develop recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce planning needs
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and ongoing candidate relationship management
• Ensure timely communication and consistent updates throughout the recruitment process to deliver a positive and professional candidate experience
