Are you interested in shaping talent attraction strategies within a global organisation supporting the green transition? As a Senior Talent Attraction Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition across India, partnering with business and global stakeholders to build talent pipelines, enhance candidate experiences, and utilise AI, recruitment analytics, and HR technology to support future workforce needs.

What you'll do

• Shape talent attraction and recruitment across India
• Build talent pipelines and modern recruitment practices
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with workforce plans and business priorities
• Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, talent mapping, referrals, market intelligence, and targeted campaigns
• Manage campus hiring, university partnerships, and early-career talent programmes
