About the role

The Senior Talent Consultant provides strategic talent sourcing solutions to Cielo’s sourcing teams and hiring teams in client organizations. They collaborate closely with senior leadership and HR teams to understand business objectives and hiring plans, and they design comprehensive talent attraction strategies.

• Promoting the employer brand to attract top talent, showcasing the organization as an employer of choice on the market
• Conducting in-depth market research to understand talent trends, industry benchmarks and best practices, providing valuable insight to recruiters
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for critical and high-demand positions, ensuring a continuous supply of qualified talent
• Screening candidates via effective interview and selection methods, including competency-based questions and assessment tools
