What you'll do

• Assist in the preparation of workpapers and supporting documentation for quarterly and annual income tax provision requirements
• Support SOX 404 compliance activities and internal control requirements related to quarterly and annual tax provision processes
• Assist in responding to external auditor inquiries and requests during quarterly and annual audits
• Prepare workpapers supporting the consolidated federal income tax return, estimated tax payments, and other federal tax filings
• Research, analyze, interpret, and apply federal, state, and international tax laws to support tax filing positions
