Senior Tax Manager/AGM - India

About the role

This is a strategic, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of tax compliance, risk management, and business advisory — supporting two service companies, one reinsurance branch in GIFT City, and one GCC in Haryana. You will work closely with regional tax and finance teams, Allianz Group Taxation, the Allianz Partners Finance Factory, and key senior stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Tax Reporting and Compliance
• Oversee tax reporting for all India BU legal entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across multiple entity types
• Ensure a consistent approach to tax compliance by liaising with external tax agents responsible for tax computations, returns, and submissions
• Manage and maintain compliance with TDS, GST, VAT, and transfer pricing regulations
• Perform tax risk management for each India BU entity, working with respective tax contacts and the local Finance Director to ensure alignment
