What you'll do

• Conduct in-depth tax due diligence on identified investee companies for primary and secondary acquisitions by private equity funds
• Render transaction advisory services to clients on deal structuring, including buy-side and sell-side advisory and internal restructurings from a tax and regulatory…
• Analyze and interpret tax and regulatory implications of transaction structures under domestic and international tax laws and applicable regulatory framework
• Work closely with private equity and alternative investment funds to evaluate tax and regulatory implications of fund structures, portfolio company investments
• Assist in the design and implementation of tax-efficient investment holding structures
