Senior, Tax Services – Tax Transformation Consulting (TTC) - SAP MM/FICO/SD integration with Direct or Indirect Tax experience Deloitte’s Tax Transformation Consulting practice is seeking a seasoned professional to help clients modernize and improve their tax operations.

What you'll do

As a Senior, Tax Services professional on the Tax Transformation Consulting team, you will be responsible for
Handling complex problem solving, service level agreement (SLA) monitoring, and enhancements; managing critical incidents, writing functional specifications
Resolving high-priority L2/L3 tickets and performing deep root-cause analysis for recurring system issues
Leading user acceptance testing, compiling comprehensive test scenarios, and identifying improvements to existing systems and processes
Supporting the delivery of tax technology and tax transformation projects for clients across industries
