What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, ensuring adherence to best practices and project deadlines
• Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and training opportunities for team members
• Oversee the testing process, ensuring that all functionalities work as intended and meet business requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience

• Oracle Fusion
• Accounting
• General ledger
• Chartered Accountant or CMA or MBA or B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
