Senior Technical Architect - 3D Modeling, 2D Animation, Visual communication

About the role

We are looking for a skilled 3D Artist to create high-quality, optimized 3D assets and environments for Digital Twin and industrial visualization solutions. The role involves 3D modeling, texturing, material creation, lighting, rendering, and optimization of assets for real-time visualization platforms.

What you'll do

• Create and optimize 3D assets (industrial equipment, factory environments, vehicles, robotics, port infrastructure) for use in OpenUSD/Omniverse-based digital twins
• Build and maintain material libraries with physically accurate PBR properties (not just visual materials: properties that inform collision, friction
• Perform poly reduction, retopology, and LOD (level-of-detail) generation while preserving UVs, collision geometry, and semantic structure
• Set up collision meshes, physics proxies, and joint/articulation rigging for simulated machinery, robots, and AMRs
• Tag assets with semantic metadata (asset class, function, material type) to support AI-driven asset retrieval and scene understanding

What you need

• 3D modelling
• Physics
