Senior Technical Architect

About the role

An RCA Data Expert combines data analytics with problem-solving frameworks to understand why errors, anomalies, or escalations happen. Instead of just fixing surface-level issues, you find the root problem and design solutions to stop it from happening again.

What you'll do

• Investigate Issues: Deep-dive into data logs, error rates, and ticket escalations to spot hidden patterns
• Run Statistical Analysis: Use methods like Pareto analysis, regression, and correlation to interpret data trends
• Build Dashboards: Create business intelligence (BI) reports and visual trackers to monitor system health in real-time
• Design Fixes: Create corrective action plans, test solutions, and measure their success over time
• Communicate Findings: Share clear, actionable insights with both technical and non-technical team members
