Senior Technical Architect

About the role

Lead mechanical design for key ion implanter subsystems: Process Chamber Modules, Beamline structures, Wafer handling, and Vacuum chambers. Own end‑to‑end development: Conduct Design reviews, apply robust mechanical engineering fundamentals including Design calculations, applying DfX principles, GD&T, Tolerance stacks.

What you'll do

• Prepare, review, and approve detailed engineering documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards
• Lead mechanical design for key ion implanter subsystems: Process Chamber Modules, Beamline structures, Wafer handling, and Vacuum chambers
• Execute hand calculations and basic FEA using CREO Simulate, ANSYS or similar applications to evaluate structural integrity, load capacity, and reliability
• Perform detailed CAD work, design documentation, engineering drawings, and BOM management using CREO, AutoCAD and PLM (Windchill preferred)
• Develop precision motion mechanisms and complex electromechanical assemblies
