About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Assessor/Interviewer specializing in Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Data Modeling to join our team. This advanced role involves evaluating technical candidates for various senior-level positions in these areas, ensuring they meet the highest standards of technical proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit.

What you'll do

• Design and conduct comprehensive technical interviews and assessments for senior-level positions in ML, NLP, and Data Modeling
• Develop and continuously update advanced assessment criteria and interview questions to reflect the latest trends, tools, and best practices in ML, NLP, and Data Modeling
• Collaborate closely with the HR and technical teams to understand complex role requirements, desired skills, and team dynamics, tailoring assessments accordingly
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback and recommendations to the hiring team, playing a key role in informing hiring decisions
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in ML, NLP, and Data Modeling technologies, tools, and practices, ensuring that assessments remain current and relevant
