Senior Technical Assistant

About the role

Responsible for Preventive and breakdown maintenance of all critical utility machines like Boiler, Air Compressors, Chillers, Cooling towers, DG Sets, Diesel Pumps and other plant machinery, with a focus on mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability.

What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements, Good Engineering Practices (GEP), and all applicable statutory laws, rules, and regulations
• Responsible for preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of critical utility equipment including Boilers, Air Compressors, Chillers, Cooling Towers, DG Sets
• Perform troubleshooting, fault finding, and root-cause analysis of mechanical breakdowns to minimize equipment downtime and improve reliability
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for utility equipment as per OEM recommendations and plant maintenance requirements
• Ensure reliable operation and maintenance of Boilers, compressors, chillers, cooling towers, DG sets, pumps
