About the role

To understand client requirements and lead the delivery of technical solutions ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.

What you'll do

• Analyze |define and design technical solution for ERP product’s enhancement and work towards continuous improvement during product implementation and production…
• Coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs and act as a primary point of contact for addressing complex technical issues
• Collaborate and interact with the client and other cross functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements so as to deliver seamless technical solutions
• Anchor team meetings ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination within the technical consultant team and the clients
• Mentor and train junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team
