About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong Senior Technical Consultant – Client Success to join our team. In this role, you will support o9 customers post-implementation , ensuring seamless platform operations , strong customer outcomes , and high system reliability.

What you'll do

  • Ensure timely response, recovery, and resolution of batch automation disruptions while meeting customer SLAs
  • Monitor and maintain smooth operations of o9’s cloud-based platform
  • Work closely with DevOps and Support teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  • Validate, transform, and manage customer data using tools like SQL, SSIS, Excel, Apache NiFi, Hadoop, PySpark, and Hive
  • Analyze customer data, understand functional/technical dependencies, and ensure data integrity
